the State Government may provide inspiration and encouragement to the various arts and talents among the students as part of the development of various skills such as painting skills, literary composition skills, musical instrument skills etc. and to provide guidance to talented students. Under the program “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” program, art competition, children’s competition, music (singing and playing) in each district should be organized in coordination with Diet, Principal, DPEO, Governor and DEO at the district level.
Necessary arrangements are made at the district level keeping in mind the following instructions and the period of competition involved: 1) All Govt., Grant-in-aid in the State – Under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” program in aided and independent higher primary and middle-higher secondary schools, organizing various competitions like painting, children’s poetry convention, music convention (singing and playing) in the art festival as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” program will be made mandatory. It will be held in three sections. 1. Primary Division Secondary Division Dhor.
