Gujarat’s Adani Group has been entering different sectors for some time now. The company is now going to produce cement after joining Airport Management Services last year. According to informed sources, Adani Group will set up an integrated cement plant near Tundawandh village in Mundra taluka of Kutch. The company applied for regulatory and environmental clearances in October.

Adani Group to invest Rs 35,000 crore Adani Cement Industries Ltd. is to be formed in June 2021 under the auspices of Adani Enterprise Ltd. to enter the cement project. According to sources, Adani has phased out Rs. 35,000 crore. According to a central government official, Adani’s proposal was discussed in the environment department in November. However, no official announcement has been made by the company so far. Divya Bhaskar has also sent an e-mail to Adani Group seeking information and confirmation.

The company 800 acres of land in Mundra aidentiphai a
company has 800 acres of land for the cement project at Mundra in Kutch aidentiphai. The land is located in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) owned by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited. The land will be de-notified as non-SEZ land and may be transferred to Adani Enterprise on a commercial basis.

To build a cement plant in Maharashtra too
According to earlier media reports, Adani Enterprise is planning to set up a 5 million tonne cement plant in Raigad district of Maharashtra. At the initial stage, the company spent Rs. Will invest Rs 1000 crore. 25 acres of land has also been purchased for this project.
