The decision was taken at a meeting of the CAQM (Commission for Air Quality Management) on Tuesday night.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            CAQM said at least 50% of officers should get work-from-home approval. Similar arrangements should be made in private offices. All trucks will be banned from entering Delhi till November 21. Apart from this, all construction works except Metro, Raksha, Airport will be closed till November 21.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                The CAQM held a meeting with Delhi and its neighboring states after the Supreme Court turned a blind eye to the pollution, in which it announced the measures.
