Step 1: Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Center to apply for Aadhaar for your child

Documents to be provided along with the Aadhaar enrollment form for children below 5 years:

- Aadhar card of either of the parents
- An original copy of both documents will also have to be given for verification.
